If you are having problems logging onto the system, check the following:
- Are you using your full email address, the one you used to sign up, as your User ID?
- Are you typing the password into the field EXACTLY as it was sent to you? These passwords are case-sensitive, and you can copy and paste the password out of the original email message into the password field to make sure the characters match.
- Are you logging into the right section? There are two distinct places to log in, the Job Seeker login, and the Employer login. Make sure that you choose the right one.
- Try having your password e-mailed to you:
